Integrate Me into You

Take precious time to integrate My Word into your heart.  My Word through scripture, My Word speaking to you directly, your experiences of My Word in the many forms it comes to you.  Ponder those experiences, those learnings into your heart.  For there, when they're fully integrated into your heart you start to live them.  They flow, then, out of you effortlessly.  But you must take time to integrate Me into you.  So then it flows from you to others.
