When the Persecution Comes Shine My Light Brighter

You are My Disciples and I call you to go into the world and spread the Good News. Remember, when the Spirit in you moves you to go, to speak, to share, to give, to love, I have prepared you to do so. When you step forth I pour myself through you, for you are prepared. Now, remember also, when you do that not everyone nor everyplace will receive you. I have told you that in My Word that you may not be received, that you may be persecuted. You will be attacked by the evil one who doesn't want you stepping forward, but then, there is also the humanness in people that will come against you as you go forth. That may come to you as criticism, jealousy, back stabbing - in many ways that will come, but that does not give you permission from Me to turn your Light down. I ask you to shine brighter. That is going to happen. What is your response? What was the response of My Disciples that you read in the Word? They turned the Light Brighter. They sang Praises in the prisons and My Power moved. So I call you not to be discouraged by the response that happens, at times, when you go forth in My Name. There will be a variety of responses. Shine your Light Brighter. Step into what I have called you. The power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you. Let it flow. When I call you, move. Some doors will shut because of people's attitudes, but I will always have other doors for you to walk through. I have warned you that persecution is going to happen so don't be surprised when it does. Stand strong. Believe in Me. Walk where I've called you to walk. Walk where I have called you to walk. Be careful about that. Don't walk where you think you should walk. Walk when you know I have called you to walk and be all I've called you to be. As you walk, you will see Me manifest and that will encourage you. So My disciples, be not dismayed. Know that this is the way. Encourage one another. Come alongside one another and be bold. Be bold in love. Be bold in loving. Shine your Light. The Light in you - shine it. Don't back down. Don't turn the wick down. Don't stop adding the oil. Keep adding the oil because I have everything you need today, tomorrow and forever.
