Skipping Stones

You know when you skip stones across the surface of the water? You know that you go and you find the right stone and it's polished and smoothed on both sides. You know you get the angle of your arm right and then you put as much power as you can into the moment to skip it across. And when everything is lined up, it skips across, quite a distance sometimes. Well, I want to tell you that you can walk on water, you know. You can walk on water in the same way. The polishing of the stone is Me working that stone. Taking the edges off the stone, which is you, taking those rough edges off. And in your life I've been doing that. And then it becomes more polished, more smooth, more prepared. And then as you hold that in you and the Power of God, My Power in you, the Holy Spirit, when you're in touch with that and you're calling that forth and then you apply My Word to the direction of the throw, you being prepared, you depending on the power within you and the Word of God, sends that stone out. That stone, then you, walk on the water. You're able to put the things under you that need to be put under you, under your feet and not overcome you, and walk boldly and go boldly where I've called you to go and not sink. So, what's My point? My point is, let Me continue to work in your life, taking away the edges. Smoothing you down. Purifying you. Preparing you. Call on the power of the Spirit within you to rise up! Depend on My Word to show where to go! All those three things. That's what I'm doing with you. Surrender to that process and walk on. Walk on the water.
