Learn to Ride the Changes

You've heard a lot lately about big changes, big waves, big episodes happening.  I want to remind you that to learn how to ride the big changes, the big waves, you need to be surfing and riding the small waves.  So everything that comes your way, learn to ride it out with grace, with dignity and with love.  For every one of those waves will enable you to ride the bigger ones, the big changes that are coming, with grace and love and mercy.
