If you have become downcast, it is because instead of looking up to Me you have looked down.  You've been discouraged.  You've been weighed down.  And now you are downcast.  Lift your face up!  For it will change when you lift your face up!  You cannot lift your face up and not remember Who I Am, for My Face is shining down upon you.  My Truth is shining down upon you.  Cast your eyes upon Me, My Child!  Look up!  Look up!  And your spirit will lift you up.
