Don’t cry over spilled milk.  There are many times you are going to be disappointed by many things.  Things you’ve done.  Things others have done.  But let it go (for there is nothing you can do about it) and move on!  If there’s a lesson to be learned, embrace the lesson.  But don’t be caught in regret and disappointment and bring yourself down.  Just face it.  Accept it.  Learn from it, if there is a lesson, and walk on.  There are better things ahead.
