Choose to Dance and Let Me Move Upon You

Dance! Dance, My People! You forget to dance. You forget that My Word says that if you have a heavy heart or you're cast down or you're in sadness or you're in every thing, in your emotions and your thoughts and your confusion...that I say Dance! Pick yourself up and Dance and Rejoice. As you do that, the answer I have for your self is to Worship and Praise. You will step into that. You cannot possibly stand up and Dance when you have a heavy heart and not have it change. Because, see, that's My Promise to you, that when you Praise and Worship and Dance you are lifted up. I pour Myself upon you when you Dance. All you have to do when you're in fear and heavy heart and confusion and anger is to get up and start Dancing. As you commit to that then you will turn yourself towards Me because I meet you in that. You make a choice to Rejoice, to Dance, to Praise, to Worship Me. You make that choice and I step into that and raise you up. So Dance, My People. Whatever the circumstances, whatever the feelings, whatever the negative thinking that's going on choose to Dance and let Me move upon you.
