In every day there are moments to rejoice.  Many things to be grateful for.  And when you choose to be grateful and rejoice, your spirit is lifting up.  You see things in a new way.  You see it in a positive way, apposed to a negative way.  So be on the lookout for the positive, for moments to rejoice and be grateful.
