Change Your Emotion

Don’t let your emotions run away with you, whether you are angry or disappointed. Whatever the emotion is, don’t let it run away and take you away, deeper and deeper into that emotion. Instead, STOP! You might want to ask yourself why you’re angry, why you’re disappointed and deal with that. And/or simply STOP the emotion and choose another emotion. Choose to be happy. Choose to be joyful. Choose to feel at peace. It is a choice you can make. And once you choose to let go of the anger or disappointment or whatever negative emotion you are having, it will change. But you have to make the effort. Let your thinking take you out of that situation in your mind, in your emotions, and change it. Change your story. Change your story!
