Be Still and Know that I Am God

Be still and know that I Am God.  When you get to know somebody in your life, defining knowing someone can change depending on how much time you spend with them, how many things you do together and how many conversations you have when you share your heart with one another.  The more you do that, the more you come to know, to really know them.  And that knowing continues to grow the more you spend time with them, the more you share with them, the more they share with you.  That word 'knowing' develops.  So when I say, Be still and know that I Am God, the ability to do that depends on how much you know Me.  I know everything about you.  As you come to Me and know Me more, both through what the scribes have written about Me over the ages and to know Me personally, intimately, as you walk with Me and talk with Me and allow yourself to be guided by Me and receive My Love, then you know Me more.  And then you can be still…knowing.  Not even having to think about what you know, but to be able to be still.  Be still with Me as I Am with you.
