Let Go and Surrender

I had a vision of a rope with a knot at the end and someone holding on. God said, "Let go and surrender…I will catch you." I pondered this and used it in prayer several times since. The message being to recognize when we are holding on and striving or in fear and we need to let go. If we are holding on, it needs to be to God’s hand and the Word. Awareness is sometimes obvious and sometimes not obvious. I pray God reveals how we are holding on to anything other than God.
