Sail the Ship Effectively

When a ship sets sail everyone on that ship has a specific job.  Their job is necessary for the successful sailing of the ship.  They need to know their job.  They need to know how to work with one another.  And they need to be following the Captain.  So it is true in the Body of Christ.  Jesus is Captain and each one in the Body of Christ has a specific role to play.  You need to know your role and be skilled in it.  You need to be able to cooperate with others in their role because you all need each other to sail the ship effectively under the Captain's command.  So discover more about who you are, who you're called to be.  Hone those skills.  Develop those skills…learn others, others roles.  Learn to work with one another and collectively learn to listen to the Captain.
